AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE AND USE OF SECOND -
GENERATION ANTICOAGULANT RODENTICIDES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban the sale and use of 1
second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides with some exceptions. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect wildlife, ecosystems and the public health from the toxic
effects of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides.
