AN ACT ELIMINATING CERTAIN FACTORS IN DOG LICENSING
FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22-338 of the general statutes be amended to provide for 1
the same licensing fee for a dog, regardless of whether such dog is 2
spayed or neutered. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the higher dog licensing fee for unspayed or unneutered
dogs.
