AN ACT REQUIRING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY
AUTHORITY TO ISSUE ANNUAL REPORTS CONCERNING
TRANSMISSION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Public Utilities 1
Regulatory Authority to issue an annual report regarding regional and 2
local transmission projects and the impact of each such project on 3
consumer electricity rates. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to issue an annual
report regarding regional and local transmission projects and the impact
of each such project on consumer electricity rates.
