AN ACT AUTHORIZING GROCERY STORE BEER PERMITTEES TO
SELL HARD CIDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 30-20 of the general statutes be amended to authorize 1
grocery store beer permittees to sell hard cider for off-premises 2
consumption. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize grocery store beer permittees to sell hard cider for off-
premises consumption.
