AN ACT REQUIRING AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS BE
NOT GREATER THAN FOUR STORIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
requirement that each affordable housing development be not greater 2
than four stories. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that each affordable housing development be not greater
than four stories.
