AN ACT CONCERNING UTILITY CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING UNITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a tenant only be 1
charged for utilities if the tenant's dwelling unit has an individual meter. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require that a tenant only be charged for utilities if such tenant's
dwelling unit has an individual meter.
