AN ACT CONCERNING THE MASHANTUCKET PEQUOT AND
MOHEGAN FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 32 of the general statutes be amended to restore 1
distributions from the Mashantucket Pequot and Mohegan Fund to all 2
towns. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To restore the Mashantucket Pequot and Mohegan Fund to its original
intent of funding all towns.
