AN ACT ENTITLING TOWNS TO FULL REIMBURSEMENT UNDER
THE EXCESS COST GRANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to entitle 1
towns to receive full reimbursement under the excess cost grant for 2
special education. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that towns receive full reimbursement under the excess cost
grant for special education.
