AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS TO THE PROVISIONS
OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-20b of the general statutes be repealed. 1
Statement of Purpose:
To enable the environmental justice statute provisions to be operative in
communities of all sizes.
