AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO REPLACE THE
FUEL TANK AT THE BUS GARAGE AND THE ROOF AT PALMER
SCHOOL IN THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million three hundred fifty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which 4
shall be used by the Department of Education for the purpose of 5
providing a grant-in-aid to the Montville School District to replace the 6
fuel tank at the bus garage and the roof at Palmer School. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to replace the fuel tank at the bus garage and the
roof at Palmer School in the town of Montville.
