AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO REMEDIATE A
BROWNFIELD SITE AND STABILIZE A BUILDING IN THE TOWN OF
MONTVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
three hundred fifty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be 4
used by the Department of Economic and Community Development for 5
the purpose of remediating a brownfield site and the stabilizing of a 6
building located on 14 Bridge Street in the town of Montville. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to remediate a brownfield site and stabilize a
building on 14 Bridge Street in the town of Montville.
