AN ACT REDEFINING "STATE CONTRACTOR" TO EXCLUDE TRIBAL
GOVERNMENTS FOR PURPOSES OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subdivision (1) of subsection (f) of section 9-612 of the general 1
statutes be amended to exclude any tribal government from the 2
definition of "state contractor". 3
Statement of Purpose:
To redefine "state contractor" to exclude any tribal government for
purposes of campaign finance laws.
