Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit employers from 1 using nondisclosure agreements to prohibit employees from discussing 2 certain types of conduct, including, but not limited to, discrimination, 3 harassment or retaliation. 4 Statement of Purpose: To limit the misuse of nondisclosure agreements by adopting similar provisions from California, New Jersey and Washington law regarding limitations on the use of nondisclosure agreements.
