AN ACT CONCERNING THE DATES OF ADOPTION OF STATE,
REGIONAL AND MUNICIPAL PLANS OF CONSERVATION AND
DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the adoption of (1) 1
the state plan of conservation and development under chapter 297 of the 2
general statutes on March 1, 2030, and every ten years thereafter, (2) 3
regional plans of conservation and development under section 8-35a of 4
the general statutes on March 1, 2031, and every ten years thereafter, 5
and (3) municipal plans of conservation and development under section 6
8-23 of the general statutes on March 1, 2032, and every ten years 7
thereafter. 8
Statement of Purpose:
To require adoption of the state, regional and municipal plans of
conservation and development on March 1, 2030, March 1, 2031, and
March 1, 2032, respectively, and every ten years thereafter.
