AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCOPE OF PRACTICE OF
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
ASSISTANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 376a of the general statutes be amended to update and 1
modernize the scope of practice for occupational therapists and 2
occupational therapy assistants. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To update and modernize the scope of practice for occupational
therapists and occupational therapy assistants.
