AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
COMMISSION ON ENHANCING AGENCY OUTCOMES CONCERNING
THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to implement the 1
recommendations of the Commission on Enhancing Agency Outcomes 2
concerning the Department of Social Services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance outcomes for the Department of Social Services.
