AN ACT PROVIDING FOR NO -COST DRIVER'S LICENSE RENEWALS 
FOR VETERANS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to allow any person 1 
who is a veteran, and whose current motor vehicle operator's license 2 
reflects such person's status as a veteran under subsection (e) of section 3 
14-36h of the general statutes, to renew at no cost such license at any 4 
Department of Motor Vehicles location or online and at any time. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide for no-cost driver's license renewals for veterans.
