AN ACT CONCERNING A LANDLORD'S ABILITY TO REVIEW THE
CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD OF A PROSPECTIVE TENANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow a landlord to consider 1
a prospective tenant's criminal history record, including erased criminal 2
history records. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a landlord to consider the criminal history record of a
prospective tenant.
