AN ACT CONCERNING SELF -SERVICE STORAGE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 743 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
the rent charged to an occupant of a storage unit at a self-service storage 2
facility shall not increase by more than ten per cent in any twelve-month 3
period. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that the rent charged to an occupant of a storage unit at a
self-service storage facility shall not increase by more than ten per cent
in any twelve-month period.
