Explanation
The bill extends existing protections from address disclosure under
the Freedom of Information Act, to teachers employed by local and
regional boards of education. In addition, the bill establishes a taskforce
to make recommendations on current disclosure exemptions resulting
in no fiscal impact to the state, because the requirements of the bill can
be met with existing resources.
