AN ACT CONCERNING THE INVESTIGATIONS OF PEDESTRIAN
FATALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 19a-409 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to expedite investigations 2
concerning the deaths of pedestrians caused by a motor vehicle. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite the investigation of pedestrian fatalities caused by a motor
vehicle.
