Explanation
The bill, which requires the Department of Children and Families to
study whether policy and procedural changes within the agency may
increase the safety of children in the care and custody of the
commissioner and report related findings, does not result in a fiscal
impact. It is anticipated that the agency can perform these activities
within its routinely budgeted resources.
