AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE
SERVICES TO INMATES IN CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS.

In addition to costs identified in the fiscal note, there is also a one-
time cost of up to $200,000 to the Department of Corrections in FY 26 to
make modifications to the department's electronic health record system
needed to satisfy the bill's reporting requirements.
