AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE DOMESTIC WORKERS
EDUCATION AND TRAINING GRANTS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2025) The sum of five hundred thousand 1
dollars is appropriated to the Labor Department from the General Fund, 2
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, for the domestic workers 3
education and training grants program established pursuant to section 4
31-71l of the general statutes. 5
Sec. 2. (Effective July 1, 2025) The sum of five hundred thousand 6
dollars is appropriated to the Labor Department from the General Fund, 7
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, for the domestic workers 8
education and training grants program established pursuant to section 9
31-71l of the general statutes. 10
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 July 1, 2025 New section
Sec. 2 July 1, 2025 New section

To provide funds for the domestic workers education and training
grants program.
