RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE TO
REQUIRE PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR SPECIAL SESSION
LEGISLATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That article third of the Constitution of the state be amended to 1
require a public hearing to be held for any bill or resolution introduced 2
during a special session of the General Assembly. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require a public hearing for any bill or resolution introduced during
a special session.
