RESOLUTION PROPOSING APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT AND THE STATE
EMPLOYEES BARGAINING AGENT COALITION (SEBAC)
CONCERNING DISABILITY RETIREMENT FOR EMPLOYEES KILLED
IN THE LINE OF DUTY.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the agreement between the State of Connecticut and the State 1
Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), amending certain 2
terms and conditions concerning disability retirement for employees 3
killed in the line of duty, submitted to this assembly January 24, 2025, 4
for approval, as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general 5
statutes, is approved. 6
