RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE
AGREEMENT IN COLLEEN LORD, ET AL. V. CARLOS PADRO, ET AL.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the provisions of the settlement and release agreement in the 1
action Colleen Lord, et al. v. Carlos Padro, et al., United States District 2
Court, District of Connecticut, Civil Action No. 3:22CV322, dated 3
January 9, 2025, requiring an expenditure from the General Fund budget 4
in excess of two million five hundred thousand dollars and submitted 5
by the Attorney General to this Assembly for approval in accordance 6
with section 3-125a of the general statutes, is approved. 7
