RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF ELIN S. KATZ,
ESQ. OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE CHAIRPERSON OF THE
CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Elin S. Katz, 1
Esq. of West Hartford, to be chairperson of the Connecticut Siting Council, 2
in succession to Robert Stein, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, or 3
until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is later, is 4
hereby approved and confirmed. 5
