IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, that 86
this resolution may be cited as the “Johnson Middle School Panthers Football Team 2023 87
DCIAA City Championship Ceremonial Resolution of 2024.” 88
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia recognizes and honors t he Johnson Middle 89
School Panthers Football Team for winning the 2023 DCIAA City Championship. 90 Sec. 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon the first date of publication in 91
the District of Columbia Register. 92
