Rayan Hagona-Wordie PT, is a licensed physical therapist in the District

of J.A. W. Therapy, LLC. 
At ASAP, Ms. Hagona-Wordie plans and administers a homecare

'(. physical therapy treatment program in a patient's home, based on 
patient goals to restore the patient to their previous level 
of function or 
improve safety with functional mobility tasks. At the Department 
of 
Corrections, she is a part 	of a multi-disciplinary team that identifies 
medical conditions in inmates within the jail. She also treats inmates 
with physical therapy needs. At J.A.W. Therapy, Ms. Hagona-Wordie 
provides physical therapy management consulting and physical therapy services. 
Throughout her career, Ms. Hagona-Wordie has provided physical therapy services in out-patient 
and homecare. She continually coordinates with health care providers in order to make 
recommendations at various points 
in physical therapy continuum care. Ms. Hagona-W ordie 
formed J.A.W. Therapy in the hopes to better serve the residents east 
of the Anacostia River, by 
actively seeking to develop and expand its mobile outpatient physical therapy services.
