Throughout her career, Dr. Pavuluri has held various institutional roles in quality and safety, including Director for Medical Quality, a Medical Unit Director, and Order Set Oversight Committee Chair. She has been involved with numerous unit based and house wide improvement processes, specifically focused on discharge planning, reducing readmissions, and family centered rounds and care for patients with limited English proficiency. At Children's National, Dr.. Pavuluri directs the Fellows' College Quality Improvement Curriculum.
