RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 19
resolution may be cited as the “District of Columbia Judicial Disabilities and Tenure Commission 20

Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, 33
upon its adoption, to the appointee, to the chairperson of the Commission on Judicial Disabilities 34
and Tenure, and to the Office of the Mayor. 35
