To confirm the reappointment of Ms. Ericka Black to the Real Estate Commission.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the "Real Estate Commission Ericka Black Confirmation Resolution
of 2024".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the re appointment of:
Ms. Ericka Black
16th Street NW
Washington, DC 20012
(Ward 4 )
as a member of the Real Estate Commission, established by D.C. Official Code§ 47- 2853.06(h)
and Mayor's Order 2009-11, dated February 22, 2009, as a real estate salesperson licensed in the
District for a term to end December 13, 2027.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
