Under the proposed contract, CDW Government LLC will provide Microsoft products and services to the District in the not-to-exceed amount of $90,000,000. Pursuant to section 451 ( c )(3) of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, 23 approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code§ 1-204.51(c)(3)), the Council 24 approves multiyear Contract No. CW121294 with CDW Government LLC for Microsoft 25 products and services in the not-to-exceed amount of $90,000,000 for a three-year base term with 26 two option years. 27 Sec. 3. Transmittal. 28 The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor. 29 Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement. 30 The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal 31 impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, 32 approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C.
