To disapprove reprogramming request No. 25-0182 of $6,475,250.17 in FY 2025 Local Funds - 17
1010001 - Local Funds within the Department of Health to address a projected deficit for 18
the Animal Services Contract within the Environmental Health Administration. 19

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 21
resolution may be cited as the “Department of Health Funding Reprogramming Request No. 25-22
0182 Disapproval Resolution of 2024”. 23
Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to section 47-363 of the District of Columbia Official Code, the 24
Mayor transmitted to the Council reprogramming request No. 25-0182 in the amount of 25
$6,475,250.17 in FY 2025 Local Funds - 1010001 - Local Funds within the Department of 26
Health to address a projected deficit for the Animal Services Contract within the Environmental 27
Health Administration. 28
(b) The Council disapproves the $6,475,250.17 reprogramming request. 29
Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of 30
this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor. 31
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 32
