Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02, I have enclosed, for consideration by the Council of the District of Columbia,
the (a) Council Contract Summary for the con tract between the District of Columbia
Housing Authority (“DCHA”) and
Rock Solid District Group LLC, and (b) proposed Multiyear Contract Number 41-B-20 24 with Rock Solid District Group
LLC. Approval R esolution of 2025.
DCHA proposes to enter into a contract for janitorial services for select DCHA buildings with Rock Solid District Group
LLC . Th e proposed contract with Rock Solid is in the amount of $697,553.94 for a 2 year base term. The proposed
contract also allows DCHA to extend the contract for up to three (3) one (1) year option periods.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
21 resolution may be cited as the "Multiyear Contract Number 4 l-B-2024 with Rock Solid District
22 Group
LLC Approval Resolution of 2025".
23 Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451
of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved

December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51 ), and section 202 of the
25
Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C.
26 Official
Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves the Multiyear Contract Number 41-B-2024
27 with Rock Solid District Group LLC to provide janitorial services to select District of
28 Columbia Housing Authority buildings in the not-to-exceed amount of $697,553.94 for the
29 period from the
execution date of the contract to the two year anniversary of the execution
30 date
of the contract.

Transmittal.
32 The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the District of
33 Columbia Housing Authority and the Mayor.

Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement. 1
The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal 2
impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, 3
approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1- 301.47a). 4

This resolution shall take effect immediately. 6
