AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATE INSPECTIONS OF LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE: Section 1. Amend Chapter 11, Title 16 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows: 1107. Inspections and monitoring. (a) The Department shall inspect each long-term care facility on a regular an annual basis to ensure compliance with this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant to it. Section 2. This Act takes effect on July 1 following its enactment into law.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
