SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5
APPOINTING A COMMITTEE TO NOTIFY THE GOVERNOR THAT THE SENATE IS ORGANIZED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 152 nd General Assembly of the State of Delaware that the Presiding Officer of the Senate appoint a committee of 2 members of the Senate to notify the Governor of the State of Delaware of that the Senate of the 152 nd General Assembly is organized and ready to receive any communications that the Governor may desire to present.
