use of fees collected from the sale of the plate; 6

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Subsection (119) is added to section 320.08058 , 11
Florida Statutes, to read: 12
320.08058 Specialty license plates. — 13
(119) INTER MIAMI CF LICENSE PLATES. — 14
(a) The department shall develop an Inter Miami CF license 15
plate as provided in this section and s. 320.08053. The plate 16
must bear the colors and design approved by the department. The 17
word "Florida" must appear at the top of the plate, and the 18
words "Inter Miami CF" must appear at the bottom of the plate. 19
(b) The license plate annual use fees shall be distributed 20
to Inter Miami CF Foundation Corp oration, a nonprofit 21
corporation under s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 22
which may use up to 10 percent of the proceeds to promote and 23
market the plate. The remainder of the proceeds shall be used by 24
Inter Miami CF Foundation Corporation to plan a nd execute 25

sports-based development and direct -service community programs, 26
initiatives, and events. 27
Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2022. 28
