Subsection (8) of section 261.03, Florida 9 Statutes, is amended to read: 10 261.03 Definitions. —As used in this chapter, the term: 11 (8) "ROV" means any motorized recreational off -highway 12 vehicle 80 inches or less in width which has a dry weight of 13 3,500 2,500 pounds or less, is designed to travel on four or 14 more nonhighway tires, and is manufactured for recreational use 15 by one or more persons. T he term does not include a golf cart as 16 defined in ss. 316.003 and 320.01 or a low -speed vehicle as 17 defined in s. 320.01. 18 Section 2.
