Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Transportation facility designations; 11
Department of Transportation t o erect suitable markers. — 12
(1) That portion of U.S. 98 between Haywood Taylor 13
Boulevard and Lakeview Boulevard in Highlands County is 14
designated as "Deputy William J. Gentry, Jr., Highway." 15
(2) Upon completion of construction, the interchange at 16
S.R. 23/First Coast Expressway and Henley Road in Clay County is 17
designated as "Sergeant Eric John Twisdale Memorial 18
Interchange." 19
(3) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 20
suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as 21
described in this section. 22
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 23
