A bill to be entitled 1 
An act relating to St. Lucie County; providing for the 2 
transfer of real property from the Board of Trustees 3 
of the Internal Improvement Fund to the District Board 4 
of Trustees of Indian River State College; providing 5 
requirements for the use and the sale or disposition 6 
of the real property; providing for the conveyance of 7 
real property by a specified date; provid ing an 8 
effective date. 9

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11 
 12 
 Section 1.  The trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust 13 
Fund shall convey to the District Board of Trustees of Indian 14 
River State College, in fee simple, and for a ll uses as 15 
permitted by law, the following described real property located 16 
in St. Lucie County and more particularly described as follows: 17 
 18 
A parcel of land lying in Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26, 19 
Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, 20 
Florida being further described as: 21 
 22 
Begin at the Southeast corner of Parcel 29A, as shown 23 
on St. Lucie West Plat No. 1, Prima Vista Boulevard, 24 
as recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 8, 8A through 8G, 25

Also known as Parcel 27C, Tract 27G, 54 
Conservation/Buffer Zone Tone Tracts 41B, 42B, and 44, 55 
St. Lucie West Plat No. 34 -Parcel 27-Phase 1, 56 
according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of 57 
the Clerk of Circuit Cou rt in and for St. Lucie 58 
County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 2, and 59 
2A through 2E; said land situate, lying and being in 60 
St. Lucie County. 61

 Section 2.  (1)  The District Board of Trustees of Indian 63 
River State College shall manage and protect the real property 64 
described in section 1, and use the property continuously for 65 
educational means and purposes pursuant to ss. 1001.64 and 66 
1004.65, Florida Statutes. 67 
 (2)  Any sale or disposition of the real property described 68 
in section 1 by the District Board of Trustees of Indian River 69 
State College may result in ownership of the property reverting 70 
back to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust 71 
Fund on behalf of the state. 72 
 Section 3.  The Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust 73 
Fund shall convey the real property described in section 1 to 74 
the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College 75

within 60 days after the effective date of this act. 76 
 Section 4.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law 77 
or on June 1, 2022, whichever occurs earlier . 78
