assets and legitimate liabilities of the district; 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Chapter 2005-350, Laws of Florida, is repealed. 10
Section 2. The Trailer Estates Fire Control D istrict is 11
abolished. All assets and legitimate liabilities of the Trailer 12
Estates Fire Control District are transferred to Manatee County. 13
Section 3. This act shall take effect September 30, 2022. 14
