Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (6) of 11
section 216.136, Florida Statutes, to read: 12
216.136 Consensus estimating conferences; duties and 13
principals.— 14
(6) SOCIAL SERVICES ESTIMATING CONFERENCE. — 15
(c) The Social Services Estimating Conference shall 16
develop information relating to the iBudget system f or the home-17
based and community-based Medicaid waiver services program and 18
must include iBudget enrollment, the number of current waiver 19
recipients, the size of the waiting list, the utilization rate 20
of program services, and expenditure information that th e 21
conference determines is needed to plan for and project future 22
budgets and the drawdown of federal matching funds. 23
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 24
