Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole State College - Altamonte Springs STEM 9
Building B is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 12, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,640,646 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Seminole State College - 16
Altamonte Springs STEM Building B as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 12. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
