Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake Technical College - Tavares Transportation 9
Training and Innovation Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 3, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Lake Technical College - 16
Tavares Transportation Training and Innovation Center as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 3. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
