Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Escambia County Sheriff's Officer Training 9
Simulator is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 7, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $62,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Escambia County 16
Sheriff's Officer Training Simulator as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 7. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
