Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Town of Golden Beach Wellness Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 5, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the Town of Golden Beach Wellness 14
Center as described in Appropriations Project Request 5. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
