Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole State College - Building D Renovation 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 23, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,181,019 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Seminole State College - 16
Building D Renovation as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 23. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
