Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. St. Lucie County Harbour Pointe District is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 26, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the St. Lucie 14
County Harbour Pointe District as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 26. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
